Please first get in contact with our customer care team at hello@madreterra.com.au who will be happy to assist you. We accept returns within 30 days of date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original condition and packaging. 

Please send your return to Madre Terra. PO Box 748, Niddrie. Melbourne, Victoria 3033 Please include your name and order number so that we know it's from you. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify of the next steps. 

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If your product is deemed to be faulty and you would like it replaced, Madre Terra will replace your item and cover cost of shipping back to you. 

If you're returning a product due to a change of mind, only the cost of the product will be refunded.

No refunds for items purchased during a sale period.

Faulty Products:

Please be aware that some of our products are manufactured using organic materials and are expected to have minor imperfections. Slight colour variations may also occur to those shown on the website as the products we offer are handmade or made from natural materials.

If you choose to return the product/s and upon inspection, the product is not deemed to be faulty and is found to be performing as intended, it will be treated in accordance with our standard returns policy. Where the product has been used, opened, or is no longer in its original condition, a refund will not be available. If you would like the product returned to you, the cost of return postage will be your responsibility.

Sale Items :

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded (unless of course they are damaged or faulty).
